2. Bookings, Payments & Pricing

2.2 Prices quoted are based on the information provided by you (distance, weight, type of goods or number of passengers, etc.). If actuals differ, additional charges may apply.
2.3 Payment must be made as per the methods available on the Website. Late payment may incur additional fees.

3. Cancellation & Changes

4.2 For cargo, it is your responsibility to ensure goods are properly packaged, labelled, and comply with any legal requirements.
4.3 You are responsible for any damage or costs resulting from incorrect or misleading information.
4.4 You must follow all rules and instructions from our staff/driver/crew during transit or pickup/delivery; failure to do so may result in service denial or additional charges.

5. Liability & Limitations

5.1 We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to weather conditions, traffic, government orders, strikes, etc.
5.2 Our liability for loss, damage or non-delivery of items is limited to the declared value of the item at time of booking. If no declared value is given, compensation will be up to a reasonable amount determined by us.
5.3 We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.

6. Insurance

6.1 You may be required to insure high-value items; we may offer insurance options or you may arrange your own, depending on service.
6.2 In case of insured goods, claim procedure will be followed as per our insurance policy; documentation (photos, proof of value etc.) will likely be required.

7. Intellectual Property
